We firmly believe in the 5P principle; “Prior Preparation Prevents Poor Performance” and our entire contracted support ethos is built around it, which is reflected in the support and management systems that we have invested in over the last 12 months. These have further improved our ability to be pro-active in our approach with enhanced monitoring capabilities that enable us to prevent issues becoming disasters.

Our innovative contracted support puts the client in control of cover provided and spend and we are very proud to be finally breaking the mould of the "same old contracts" offered by others in the industry with our Flexible Maintenance Agreement.

Unlike others, we don't treat non-contracted support as a lesser cousin because there are businesses in and around Norwich for whom this is the best option for their circumstance, so we have made our Ad-Hoc Support as comprehensive as we can.

Flexible Maintenance Agreement (FMA)
Innovative... refreshing... customer orientated... about time... some of the words used to describe our shiny new FMA which lets our clients choose exactly what support is provided and what hardware and software is covered, and for how long. We've made it easy for our clients to choose the right support solution for their company, knowing that it's flexible and will adapt if their requirements change.

We are very excited about our mould breaking support agreement (sad, we know) and have been amazed by the take-up by existing and new clients alike as they seek to take back control of their support cover and control their cost with our brand new Flexible Maintenance Agreement.

Ad-Hoc support
If you are a sole trader or an office with a couple of computers and a printer you may not need a support agreement and many of our telecoms, cloud and IT support services are available through an on-demand Pay-As-You-Go Support basis.

We may have matured into an established go-to company for hundreds of businesses in and around Norwich but we still remember our roots and provide an excellent level of Ad-Hoc, non-contract support to those companies that choose not to take out contracted support.
